UNDERGROUND RECHARGE ACRE FEET: Accomplished By Court Injunction Against
Overdraft.
ADDITIONAL: District Manages 3 Groundwater Basins Under Court
Jurisdiction. Imports SWP Supply, Wholesales M&I Water.
Retails AG Water and Provides Flood Control Through Improvement
Districts.
