Gallery Kern County Fair 2002 Water Association members and Kern County Water Agency staff helped manage a booth at the main gates of the fairgrounds where fair-goers got water conservation information, water facts about farm water use and crop consumption, water conservation badges, free almonds, pistachios and grapes plus a host of other information.
